Tell us where the fixture will be installed, what is already specified and which decision date matters. We will route commercial, technical and sample questions to the appropriate project contact.

Attach or describe the fixture family, quantity, destination country, target delivery window, input voltage, CCT, control protocol and mounting condition. Published data can answer many early questions, but order-specific compliance and availability require confirmation.
For sample reviews, state the approval purpose: finish, scale, optical impression or controls. These are different checks and may require different evidence. Photographs can document context, while final visual acceptance remains the project team’s decision.
During concept design, room dimensions, ceiling height, reference images and the intended visual hierarchy are usually enough to start a scale discussion. At design development, add the reflected ceiling plan, preliminary fixture schedule, target luminous flux, CCT and CRI, together with any IES or LDT file requirement. Before order release, include input voltage, dimming interface, finish code, suspension length, quantity, delivery address and the name of the approving party.
A response may identify limitations rather than close every question. Driver compatibility depends on the exact control system; a nominal DALI-2 or 0-10V description does not confirm every controller and minimum dim level. IP rating does not establish resistance to all cleaners, salt exposure or condensation. L70 projections also depend on temperature and operating assumptions. We will distinguish supplied evidence from items that need project-specific review.
For delivery questions, include the order reference, destination and required site date. For an installed-product enquiry, provide the fixture label, driver details, control behavior, operating conditions and clear photographs. Do not work on energized equipment; electrical inspection and corrective work belong with a qualified contractor. Warranty review follows the written order terms and documented installation conditions.
Use one request for the current project stage. Avoid including confidential personal data that is not needed for the enquiry.
